Karey Meisner

I have two places of belonging, Kānata/Canada and, more recently, in Ōtautahi/Christchurch, Aotearoa/New Zealand. 

I highly value the relational/whakawhanaungatanga, family/whakapapa, belonging/tūrangawaewae, inclusion, sustainable living-taiao, and wellbeing.

I enjoy walking, gardening, bicycling, and exploring all kinds of music.

• I use a combination of solution focused-narrative approaches, holistic wellbeing models, and ako.
• I respect your knowledge whether it is lived experience, traditional knowledge (family-cultural) and/or evidence based.
• I am culturally safe and a strong ally to indigenous.
• I have held a variety of positions in health, education and criminal justice sectors ranging from entry level professional, to management, to governance.

My services are in-person or online with fees up to $130 per 50 minutes
